*** Please read these questions before calling the pharmacy as it is very difficult to field phone calls while managing our current workload. And please make every attempt to schedule your appointment yourself using the scheduling tool as it is very time consuming for us to do it by hand. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you have vaccine for kids ages 6 months and up? YES! We are so thrilled to have updated our protocol to administer vaccines to patients as young as 6 months. We have the Moderna vaccine in stock for this age group.
Pfizer and Moderna have both come out with vaccine for ages 6 months and higher. Which do you have in stock and how many doses is it? We have Moderna in stock for this age group. Pfizer for this age group requires 3 doses, but Moderna is only two doses (one month apart), which is what we thought most parents would prefer. We will schedule your 2nd dose during your first vaccine.
What should I bring with me to my appointment? Insurance cards (Red, White and Blue Medicare Part B for adults ages 65+), CDC vaccination card if you've had previous COVID vaccines, and a mask (since we will be sitting so close to one another). If you don't have your Medicare B card, please call 1-800-Medicare and ask for your ID number prior to coming to your appointment.
Are you doing boosters for kids age 5-11? Yes! As of Friday, May 20th, we will provide Pfizer boosters for kids age 5-11, providing it's been 5 months since their 2nd dose.
I selected the vaccine I wanted, but it says you're fully booked. Is that true? Yes. We will release appointments as we secure staffing and doses, but what you see on this page is what we have available. Please do not call and ask if we are truly booked or have earlier appointments available.
I see an appointment available for a different vaccine than the one I want. Can I just schedule that and then get the one I actually want? No. There are a certain number of doses in each vaccine vial and we are only able to accommodate one vial each day to prevent waste and continue working and filling prescriptions in a safe environments.
I got my first/second shot with you, do I still need to make an appointment for my booster or second booster? Yes, all COVID-19 vaccine require appointments, which must be made through this page.
Do you ever have cancelations or no shows? Yes, and their appointment slots will also show up on this page. Cancelations are done through the scheduling website, so we often are not aware of cancelations. Please do not call the pharmacy asking if we've had cancelations.
What about second boosters? Second boosters are available for those over the age of 50 years or are immunocompromised and got their first booster at least four months ago. More information can be found on the CDC's website linked here. If you fall outside these categories, you must provide a prescription from your doctor for us to consider giving the boost. The first and second boosters are the same shots, so you do not need to schedule anything different.
DON'T FORGET...We ask that everyone bring a mask with them for vaccination as we will be in close contact while administering the vaccine. Please do not forget to bring your physical vaccination card so we can update it if you are not coming for your first dose. If you have Medicare, please bring your Medicare Part B red, white, and blue ID card in addition to any other identification cards you might have.
You will receive a text message reminder before your appointment
