FAQ:
Can I get another COVID Booster? At this time only one bivalent booster (aka Omicron booster) is recommended per patient. We are not able to administer additional doses outside of CDC guidelines.
Can I get a flu shot with my COVID vaccine? Yes! No need to schedule a separate appointment for your flu shot. Just ask us to add it on when you are here.
Do you have the omicron variant vaccine? Yes, we administering the Pfizer and Moderna Omicron vaccine to all patients over 6 months in age who have completed a primary series at least two months ago.
Do you have vaccine for kids ages 6 months and up? YES! We are so thrilled to have updated our protocol to administer vaccines to patients as young as 6 months. We have the Moderna vaccine in stock for this age group - the primary series is two doses four weeks apart. We will schedule your 2nd dose during your first vaccine.
Are you doing boosters for kids? Yes! Ages 6 months and up as long as it's been two months after the most recent dose.
What should I bring with me to my appointment? Insurance cards (Red, White and Blue Medicare Part B for adults ages 65+), vaccination card if you'd like to have it updated, and a mask (since we will be sitting so close to one another). If you don't have your Medicare B card and you have Medicare, please call 1-800-Medicare and ask for your ID number prior to coming to your appointment.
DON'T FORGET...
We ask that everyone bring a mask with them for vaccination as we will be in close contact while administering the vaccine. Please do not forget to bring your physical vaccination card if you want us to update it. If you have Medicare, please bring your Medicare Part B red, white, and blue ID card in addition to any other identification cards you might have.
